SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with Local Finance Heads, Head Office and Singapore Office to manage the timely update, reporting and submitting of financial and supplementary information, including filing of statutory reports and tax returns within stipulated deadlines.
  • Lead and manage the local Accounting shared services team to deliver timely and accurate financial reports, tax and statutory compliance assignments.
  • Handle all US GAAP, SPE Policies & Guidelines and SPENA processes, working with Local Finance Heads to ensure consistent application across all territories.
  • Drive and close SOX audit MAPs and related implementations.
  • Highlight financial and/or operational opportunities or issues for timely decision and resolution.
  • Continuous review & enhancement of work processes for better efficiency, internal control, and corporate compliance.
  • Review agreements for new deals, renewal deals, barter agreements for financial implications and to ensure full compliance and consistency to SPE business guidelines.
  • Perform any other projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of strong, hands-on experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • 8 years in a managerial capacity, managing a small Accounting services team.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, anticipate issues, propose resolutions and escalate more complex issues to relevant authority for timely decision making.
  • Able to strategize and execute all Finance plans on a timely manner, using available resources.
  • Independent, analytical, organized and a good team player.
  • Hands-on experience in using SAP.
  • Highly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong ability to see the bigger picture as well as dive into hands-on work.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

FINANCIAL ANALYST / SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and assist in consolidation of quarterly forecasts, annual budget and mid-range plans, including all required corporate submissions across the region.
  • Conduct G&A analysis and Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Work closely with business managers in developing and recommending financial strategies for current/ new business initiatives.
  • Prepare in-depth and well thought analysis and special reports that enables management to monitor performance.
  • Evaluate and offer suggestions or course of actions for improvement.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly forecasts of cash flow statements for all channels.
  • Provide monthly reports and analysis to other departments and internal groups, as and when requested.
  • Create, design and analyze specialized presentations to support Business Heads
  • Complete ad-hoc projects for financial and operational management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis and/or planning.
  • Analytical and independent self-starter and thinker.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

MARKETING MANAGER (PHILIPPINES)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all Marketing and Creative operations to support the channels.
  • Accountable for all Marketing and Operations budgets for the channels.
  • Formulate and implement outstanding marketing strategies and media/promotional campaigns (tri-media and non-traditional media) for the channels, individual programs and specials.
  • Responsible for the overall brand imaging of the channels.
  • Formulate and implement insightful PR campaigns, individual programs and specials for the channels.
  • Conceptualize and implement channel-initiated and program/s-initiated on-air/on-ground activities/projects/creatives.
  • Formulate and implement client-initiated/brand-initiated projects, services and activities.
  • Collaborate with the several EOs for all network-initiated and client-initiated activities, below-the-line events and special projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • 8 years of strong, hands-on knowledge in marketing.
  • Media industry experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Highly experienced in strategizing and implementing successful marketing and communications campaigns and programs.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organization and coordination skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Working proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective both independently and in a team.
  • This role is based in the Philippines - authorization to work in the Philippines is required.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of our programs, and make sound recommendations as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Affiliate Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Communications & PR and Programming, in order to synergize channel activities and ensure strong alignment of activities, strategies and sales objectives.
  • Stay in tune with all emerging trends and standards across different marketing disciplines including digital, interactive, mobile, social, print and advertising.
  • Develop and build strong business partnerships with key decision makers at both advertisers and their agencies.
  • Assist in supporting the execution of all aspects of the ad sales plan - including exploring and securing barter deals, production of sales collaterals (e.g. presentations, rate cards, premiums), as well as maintaining regular communications with agencies and partners.
  • Conceptualize, liaise and plan all events, working closely with event organizers, affiliate partners and advertising sponsors – this includes securing venues, promotional partners, coordinating the call for participants, on-site event management, and execution of creatives related to the event (e.g. event backdrops, banners, posters, flyers).
  • Ensure strict adherence and compliance to budgetary processes and procedures (COFA).
  • Work closely with finance and accounts team for invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Key liaison person between Ad Sales and Sales Partners in the region.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned periodically.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing, event management, or advertising is required.
  • Prior work experience in media, online marketing, or event management will be an added advantage. A passion for the entertainment industry.
  • Creative, innovative individual who is self-motivated, resourceful and analytical. Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimum supervision is preferred.
  • Willing to work beyond normal work hours when necessary.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in another language will be preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, CREATIVE SERVICES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with Programming, Marketing, Affiliate Sales and Creative Director to plan and prepare monthly On-Air Promo allocations for various feeds and deadlines.
  • Assist to set up timely monthly promo strategy meetings.
  • Issue promo house numbers and coordinate voice over scripts with overseas voice-over artists.
  • File promos for timely approval and vet for accurate TX information.
  • Coordinate with presentation team for promo and secondary elements delivery and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with Ad Sales on any promo/material requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting to Post Production on monthly graphics requirements.
  • Work closely with CD and Finance to prepare and track department budgets and provide timely forecasts to finance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and oversee SAP processes (vendor creation, purchase orders and payment).
  • Work closely with legal ensuring compliance on NDA's, release forms and agreements.
  • Coordinate and budget production shoots, source production houses and creative talent regionally.
  • Coordinate and prep on-air material for award submissions and distribution with overseas offices.
  • Handle Freelance Producer sourcing, agreements and post production coordination.
  • Prep for and provide input/updates for weekly department meetings.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience. Keen in the media industry.
  • Knowledgeable in VISION broadcast systems and SAP.
  • Basic understanding of media industry and TV production.
  • Meticulous and thorough, with a keen eye for details.
  • Fast learner; able to work in a multicultural and fast paced business environment.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments effectively.
  • Good communications and people skills.
  • Possesses a good service-oriented mindset.
  • This role is based in Singapore - authorization to work in Singapore is required.
